Today we are headed out of town for a family get together and I am really looking forward to some down time after a few tough work days! I am realizing this week that even though you may have done a job for years not all areas are the same and your coworkers and management can definitely make a huge impact on the atmosphere in a workplace. I am taking this trip away as a little chance to relax and refocus on who and what is really important in my world.
